“We had not planned to purchase a home when we did, we stumbled upon it one day while my fiancé and I were driving around looking at areas we would like to live “one day”. We came across a Manor Homes development where we met Melissa. She ended up being our “go-to” person through out the entire home buying experience.
Melissa helped us out with whatever we needed, she was the middleman in many situations, and a few times, she was the person that I vented to. She went above and beyond for us numerous times. There were times when she called me from her personal cell phone when she was already home for the night and she even helped me out when she was out of town. All throughout the home buying process, she was there for us.
I loved that we were able to pick out all of our flooring options, our fixtures, our counter tops, exterior paint colors, etc. I noticed that the options for carpet and fixtures in particular were much higher quality than other builders that we had considered. The homes were also more reasonable priced for what we got. The house ended up being exactly what we wanted. I love my large, open kitchen with tons of counter and cupboard space and I love the location.
Now that we are living in our beautiful new home, I will recommend Manor Homes to anyone who is planning on buying in the near future. Although there were a few bumps along the road, I think things turned out for the best.”
